The Melkite Greek Catholic Eparchy of Newton is the diocese of the Melkite Greek Catholic Church serving the United States. Headquartered in West Roxbury, Massachusetts, the Eparchy is led by its Eparch (bishop) and oversees Melkite parishes across the country — including our own parish of St John the Baptist.
The Eparchy serves as a vital link between the Melkite faithful in America and the Patriarchate of Antioch and All the East, preserving the rich Byzantine liturgical tradition while ministering to communities throughout North America.
